What a past couple of days. . .8/23/2014

So about once every two weeks I lose 2 days of my workout. I want to say that I know that I shouldn’t but I really know that I should. I have tried to lose weight and tone up so many times and I always make the same mistake. I try to go to hard to fast. I have what I call an extreme personality. Everything I do, I do in extreme measures. Not this time. I am enjoying the protein, enjoying my recovery days.

On a side note Spotify is erking me right now playing too many songs I don’t want to hear.

Going out to GNC today to get a big tub of Amp Wheybolic Extreme 60 Ripped. I really do enjoy this one. If you have a good shaker cup it mixes nicely either with water or milk. To me, it feels very heavy in my gut if I drink it with water (mixes well in) so I use Fat Free Skim Milk (mixes well) and it seems lighter to me. But by using the Fat Free Skim Milk you don’t get too many extra calories.

Since I’m grabbing a big jug today, I am going to start doing the protein pre and post workout instead of just post. If you’re going to work the muscle you have to feed the muscle.  Today I will also be looking at adding a couple of different Yoga poses. I will add those on Monday.
